Self Care           These are helpful hints after your treatment session.

  • Increase your water intake   1/2 your body weight in ounces.
  • Ice if needed, no heat or it will keep the inflamation in your body.
  • Stretch periodically throughout the day, to decrease tension in your body.
  • Tennis ball pressure point relief, hold pressure for 30 sec to 1 minute.

Foam Rolling     These are helpful to peel away the layers of tight muscles.
